Da Nang has planned and allocated land to develop areas for the International Financial Center, ensuring favorable locations, connectivity to the international airport, and necessary telecommunications and auxiliary services.

The plot labeled A*, located at the intersection of Võ Nguyên Giáp – Võ Văn Kiệt streets, is planned to serve as the “headquarters” of the Da Nang International Financial Center.
According to reports, all land allocated for the International Financial Center is in prime locations within the city center. Specifically, the core area of the Financial Center, covering 6.17 ha, includes plots A12, A13, A14, and A15 along Võ Văn Kiệt Street, with plot A* adjoining Võ Nguyên Giáp – Võ Văn Kiệt streets. This A* plot, with a sea-facing frontage, is designated as the central “headquarters” of the Da Nang International Financial Center.

Additionally, on plots A13, A14, and A15 along Võ Văn Kiệt Street facing the sea, three high-rise towers are planned to be built to support the development of the Da Nang International Financial Center.
These are clean land plots, fully ready for investment and construction. The sites are legally cleared and can be promptly developed to attract strategic investors, financial service providers, and other stakeholders for building the International Financial Center.
Da Nang is actively promoting investment in infrastructure and developing the ecosystem on these prime coastal plots to immediately establish an internationally standard Da Nang International Financial Center.

The actual area on Võ Văn Kiệt Street is planned for the construction of three high-rise towers to support the development of the Da Nang International Financial Center.
Coastal land reclamation for a premium urban and service district is also being considered. The project spans approximately 1,500 hectares, featuring artificial islands and land reclamation, creating around 48 km of new coastal roads to form a new urban area with functions including a free trade zone, an International Financial Center, and high-end tourism, resort, and shopping services.
In the meantime, in 2025, Da Nang will temporarily use part of the 8-story building within Software Park No. 2 to house the preparatory office for establishing the Financial Center and its affiliated agencies and organizations.

Da Nang plans to reclaim land and build a new urban area to serve the Free Trade Zone and the International Financial Center, integrated with resort tourism.
For the time being, in 2025, Da Nang will use part of the area in Software Park No. 2 to provide office space for the preparatory board of the International Financial Center.
This is a concentrated IT park officially recognized by the Prime Minister, consisting of three building blocks, with one block already put into use in January 2025.
By the end of 2025, construction is expected to be completed for a 22-story building in Software Park No. 2, with a total floor area of over 27,000 m², to immediately meet the operational needs of the International Financial Center, including attracting investment funds, remittance funds, and controlled testing of new models such as digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
An Don Industrial Park (An Hai Ward, Da Nang) will be developed into the An Don Financial District.
An Don Industrial Park, covering a large area of up to 62 ha and located along the axis connecting to Tien Sa Port, is planned to be developed into the An Don Financial District, part of the Da Nang International Financial Center.
