The Executive Agency of VIFC Da Nang is a specialized administrative body under the People's Committee of Da Nang City, established to manage, coordinate, and ensure the efficient operation of all activities of the IFC.

The Executive Agency of VIFC Da Nang connects policy – market – technology – people, creating a transparent, favorable, and an internationally standardized investment environment for financial institutions, businesses, and global investors.

Functions and Responsibilities

The Executive Agency of VIFC Da Nang performs the function of directly managing and operating activities at the International Finance Centre within its authority:

Strategic and infrastructure development

Developing plans for mobilizing and allocating resources, investing in infrastructure development, essential services, and training high-quality human resources to serve the Centre.
Operating an electronic one-stop shop mechanism

Building and managing a unified electronic one-stop administrative system, including business registration, membership registration, and operating license issuance.
Licensing and membership management

Guiding, issuing, amending, and revoking membership registration certificates and operating licenses in the banking, securities, insurance, fintech, and related fields.
Implementing a sandbox mechanism

Issuing and managing a controlled testing mechanism for new financial models, technologies, and products; promoting green finance, digital assets, fintech, and modern commodity markets.
Ensuring financial and monetary security

Coordinating with the State Bank of Viet Nam in foreign exchange management, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing.
