Registration

Investors shall select one of the following legal entity structures:

• Single-member Limited Liability Company (LLC)
• Multi-member Limited Liability Company (LLC)
• Joint Stock Company (JSC)
• Partnership

• Verify and select a compliant corporate name.
• Prepare the legal dossier in accordance with the selected entity structure.

The application dossier may include (depending on the entity type and scope of activities):

• Application Form for Membership Registration/Recognition.
• Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) Information.
• Company Charter.
• Legal identification documents of the Legal Representative.
• Power of Attorney (if applicable).
• Note for Conditional Sectors: For specific conditional business lines, additional documentation may be required to demonstrate financial capacity, corporate reputation, and strategic alignment with the development goals of the International Financial Center.

Documentation Language

All dossiers must be submitted in English. If documents are issued by foreign authorities in a language other than English, they must be translated into English and may require consular legalization.

• Membership Registration: 07 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier.
• Membership Recognition: 05 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier.
